Birth support and preparation £1350
Emotional, physical and practical support for you and your partner. We will work together to prepare for birth with up-to-date, evidence-based information. This support includes:
- 2 antenatal sessions (2 hours) to talk about your wishes, feelings and preparation for birth. Review of your birth plan and physiology of birth. Providing information and resources when needed.
- 1 antenatal session (2 hours): postnatal planification. We will discuss the different postnatal areas and needs, and provide you with information and resources when needed to make you feel more empowered and informed.
- On call from 38 to 42 weeks, 24/7.
- Email and text support.
- Early labour support by phone or at home.
- Support during labour, birth and stay for up to 3 hours after the birth.
- 1 postnatal visits at your home (2 hours).
- Access to my library.

Postnatal rebozo massage and Closing the bones ceremony £85
Bodywork after childbirth helps to speed up recovery.
This traditional postnatal massage will leave you feeling relaxed and calm. The use of rebozos (long Mexican shawls) to rock and wrap you releases tension, brings warmth and a sense of closure that is necessary after giving birth.
It nourishes you on all levels, physically and emotionally. It provides a safe space to release emotions related to pregnancy, birth and motherhood. It is particularly valuable for understanding and processing your birth experience.
It is also an ideal gift for a baby shower or a mother’s blessing. A gift just for the new mother, where her care and wellbeing is a priority.
Offered in your own home, it lasts approximately 2.5 hours and includes preparation, massage, ceremony and a final space for support and closure.
This nurturing massage and ritual is so beneficial after childbirth because the deep relaxation and feeling of being held helps you to recover more quickly from pregnancy and childbirth. It can be offered months and years after childbirth to help bring closure and healing to the experience.

Postnatal planning consultation £75/1.5h duration
During your pregnancy, we will work together on a postnatal plan that covers all aspects of having a positive postnatal experience.
Tools to understand your needs and how to meet them. Information and resources to be well prepared. And support and tools to improve communication with your partner and family.
Postnatal support in home
I provide holistic support in your home during the early postpartum period. I nurture your physical and emotional wellbeing so you can focus on your baby and your recovery.
My postnatal support is about offering time to talk in a safe, non-judgemental space about your birth experience and becoming a mother, and all the changes that come with it. Also looking after your baby so you can rest.
Breastfeeding and bottle feeding support. Baby care and guidance. Information and resources. Siblings support. Bodywork. Light house chores and snacks/light meal preparation.
My goal is to make you and your partner feel rested and cared for, and to facilitate a smooth transition to life with your newborn. I’d like you to feel positive and confident in your new role as parents or in your growing family with the addition of a new member.
The duration and time of this postnatal support is tailored to the needs of your family.
Hourly rate for 2 hours of postnatal support (birth debrief) is £50.
Hourly rate for 3 hours to 6 hours of postnatal support is £40.
Hourly rate for 7 hours or more of postnatal support is £30.
