✨ Time to talk and gently process your birth experience in a safe, non-judgemental space
✨ Emotional support as you adjust to becoming a mother and all the changes this brings
✨ Caring for your baby so you can rest, shower, or simply take a moment for yourself
✨ Breastfeeding and bottle-feeding support
✨ Baby care guidance and practical support
✨ Evidence-based information and resources
✨ Support for siblings as they adjust to the new family dynamic
✨ Bodywork to support your recovery
✨ Light housework and preparation of snacks or simple meals

My intention is for you and your partner to feel rested, cared for, and supported,  so you can move into this new chapter (transition into motherhood or growing your family) feeling confident and held.

Each family is unique, so the duration and rhythm of support is tailored to your needs.

Closing the Bones ceremony £95

A nurturing postnatal massage and ceremony using rebozos (traditional Mexican shawls) to gently rock, hold, and wrap the body. This process helps release physical tension while bringing warmth, relaxation, and a sense of closure after birth.

It offers a safe, supportive space to rest and be cared for, while also allowing you to gently process your pregnancy, birth, and transition into motherhood. Supporting both physical recovery and emotional wellbeing, this ritual can be received in the early postnatal period or months — even years — after birth.

It is also an ideal gift for a baby shower or a mother’s blessing. A gift just for the new mother, where her care and wellbeing is a priority.

Offered in your own home or at Womb Sanctuary it lasts approximately 2 hours and includes preparation, massage, ceremony and a final space for support and closure.

Learn more about Closing the Bones here.

Mileage charges may apply depending on location.
